1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and gbt99 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the gbt99 website, mobile interface, and all associated services including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, crash games, fishing games, and any promotional features offered on the platform.

By registering an account on gbt99, by making a deposit, or by using any service provided on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform. Your continued use of gbt99 following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

2. Eligibility Requirements

• You must be at least 21 years of age. gbt99 enforces a strict 21+ age requirement without exception. Players found to be under 21 will have their accounts permanently closed and any winnings forfeited.
• You must be a natural person (individuals only — corporate accounts are not permitted).
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration and must update that information promptly if it changes.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of gbt99 or any affiliated entity.
• You must not already hold an existing gbt99 account. Each player is permitted only one account. Holding multiple accounts constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

gbt99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time, including at the point of registration, at any point during account use, and before processing any withdrawal request. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation when requested may result in account suspension and the withholding of funds until verification is completed.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access gbt99's services, you must create an account by completing the registration process. You agree to provide truthful and complete information during registration, and to keep your login credentials strictly confidential.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, regardless of whether that activity was authorised by you. You must notify gbt99 customer support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. gbt99 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.

Account Verification (KYC)

gbt99 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any stage. Documents that may be requested include:

• A valid government-issued photo ID such as a National ID Card (NID), Bangladeshi passport, or driver's licence.
• Proof of address — a recent utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within 3 months.
• Source of funds documentation where required under gbt99's anti-money laundering obligations.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on gbt99 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). gbt99 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected Bangladeshi bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Available payment methods are displayed on the deposit and withdrawal screens within your account dashboard.

Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit amount on gbt99 is ৳50. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by gbt99, however individual payment service providers may apply their own transaction limits. Deposits credited to your gbt99 account are intended for gameplay only and do not earn interest. gbt99 does not charge processing fees on deposits made via supported Bangladeshi MFS methods. Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Standard account withdrawals are typically completed within 5 to 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad. VIP account withdrawals are processed in under 2 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution's processing times. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. gbt99 does not transfer funds to third-party accounts.
• All active bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds can be processed. Deposited funds that have not been used in gameplay may be withdrawn at any time subject to identity verification.
• gbt99 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud and KYC measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the player.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each offer, which are displayed at the point of claiming and on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General Bonus Conditions

Unless otherwise stated in the specific terms of a promotion, the following general bonus conditions apply to all gbt99 bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above only. Bonuses claimed by underage players will be voided and the associated funds forfeited.
• Each bonus offer may be claimed once per player unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times using the same or different accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit stated for each bonus. Bonuses and associated winnings that have not met the wagering requirement by the expiry date will be removed from the account without notice.
• Maximum bet limits apply when a bonus is active. Placing bets above the stated maximum bet limit while a bonus is active constitutes a breach of bonus terms and may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• gbt99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments to bonuses already in progress.

Bonus Abuse

gbt99 actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, coordinating with other players to exploit bonus terms, making low-risk or hedge bets solely to fulfil wagering requirements, and using automated software to place bets. Players found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonuses and associated winnings voided, their accounts closed, and any deposited balance may be returned at gbt99's discretion after investigation. gbt99's determination of what constitutes bonus abuse is final.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on gbt99 are operated by third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Each game is governed by its own rules set by the respective provider. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the specific rules of any game before placing real-money wagers. gbt99 is not responsible for errors or malfunctions in third-party game software; disputes arising from such errors must be directed to the relevant game provider.

gbt99 uses RNG-certified game software and live dealer games from providers whose platforms are independently audited for fairness. • Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the system are final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the player after acceptance.

• Sports betting markets are settled according to official results from the relevant governing body (e.g. ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of an event, the relevant governing body's official published result is final.
• Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the wagering requirements stated at the time the free spins were awarded.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on gbt99. Any player found to have engaged in any of the following will face immediate account suspension, permanent closure, voiding of all balances and winnings, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Money laundering, fraudulent chargebacks, use of stolen or unauthorised payment credentials, or any other financial crime in connection with your gbt99 account.
• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or another identity, or assisting any other person to circumvent the single-account rule.
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification, including but not limited to false date of birth, false name, or false address.
• Attempting to hack, probe, or test the vulnerability of the gbt99 platform, its servers, or any associated system, or introducing malicious code, viruses, or disruptive software of any kind.

gbt99's decision regarding whether prohibited conduct has occurred is final. Where gbt99 suspects prohibited conduct is taking place, it may suspend account access pending investigation without prior notice.

8. Responsible Gaming

gbt99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools to help players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible directly from your account settings and do not require contacting support to activate.

By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that gambling carries a risk of financial loss, that gbt99 does not guarantee any winnings, and that gambling should be treated as a form of entertainment and not as a means of generating income. 9. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal and non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on the gbt99 platform without the prior written consent of gbt99, except as permitted by these Terms for your personal and non-commercial use only.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gbt99 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the gbt99 platform or its content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory.

gbt99's aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your gbt99 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude gbt99's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by gbt99's own negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

gbt99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Circumstances in which gbt99 may suspend or close an account include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including the prohibited conduct provisions in Section 7.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the time period specified by gbt99, or provision of fraudulent or unsatisfactory verification documents.
• A request by the player to close their own account, including requests made via gbt99's self-exclusion tool.

Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus play that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

12. Amendments to These Terms

gbt99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, gbt99 will notify registered players by displaying a prominent notice on the platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address or mobile number associated with your account. The updated Terms will be effective from the date they are published on the gbt99 platform.

Your continued use of gbt99 following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
